No General Refund Policy

At Ammu's Wardrobe, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Due to the nature of our artisanal and handcrafted collections, we do not offer a general refund or cancellation policy once an order has been successfully placed.

Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We only offer a replacement or refund in the highly unlikely event that:

• The item you received is completely broken or defective upon arrival.
• You received a completely different item than what you originally ordered.

How to Request a Resolution

If your order falls under one of the exceptions listed above, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. To process your request, we require an uninterrupted unboxing video clearly showing the damage or incorrect item.

Cancellations
